Results From the Frontlines

The Challenge
A production line at a global F&B facility was built to run 46 hours between sanitation cycles. It rarely made it. Operators kept failing swab tests, forcing two extra cleanings a week at $13,000 each. Each shift executed the sanitation procedure a little differently, and for months the plant treated the failures as a training problem. It was an operations problem, and it invoiced weekly.
The Squint Solution
The team standardized the sanitation workflow in Squint as guided work instructions, and the Tribal Knowledge Agent generated knowledge checks straight from the procedure. Every operator retrained on the same correct method, and the instructions are right there on the line during every cycle.
The Results
After retraining, the line hit its 46-hour target and kept hitting it. Operators averaged 98% on the knowledge checks, the extra cleanings stopped, and $26,000 a week went back into the budget. The manufacturer has since expanded Squint across its global network, from North American plants to sites in Europe and Brazil.
