The Squint team is thrilled to welcome Allyson Aberg as our latest Software Engineer! Allyson brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, including expertise in firmware, mobile, and web development. We are excited to see her contributions to both the Squint mobile product and our upcoming web product (more on this later). Allyson has a unique talent for creating software that is both functional and visually appealing, and we are confident that she will help us raise the bar for the Squint products on both the engineering and design fronts.

The outcome of these many, many conversations is that we hear manufacturing problems — it’s hard to standardize SOPs or engage, retain your operators, the list goes on. Squint is trying to tackle these problems to make your life easier, let’s dive in.
We’re becoming more cognizant of the time we spend on screens — breaking down time spent by app and being mindful of where our attention is going. But have we really thought about the time we waste simply searching for the right pieces of information? The time we spend jumping from a shopping list to Amazon for price comparisons to Wirecutter for reviews to YouTube for instructions. This is our digital commute, a tax we pay for the luxury of having information at our fingertips.
